I think one of the most important things on the Nolan trail is the curves and hills within the trails itself. Every corner you turn there is a new sight to see. The crisp air tells you its fall before you even take in the glorious colors that are on all the trees you can see. The red, yellow and orange that cover the brown trees is something that man could never make and only the divine hands of mother nature could create.
Standing on one of the small bridges on the trail looking out into the water a pine cone fell from one of the tall trees that surround you as you stand there. Where the pine cone fell the water ripples ventured out from the point of contact into the vast water. while rippling out a few leaves fell and spotted the blue water with gold, crimson and kumquat. All of this only enhances the natural beauty of the space.
How one area can speak so much of life and its ever changing process amazes me. How one pine cone can change the entire look of the water is inspiring.
