When we watched the movie of the AT, filmed by Lion King, I had no idea what to expect. Initially I thought that it was basically going to film the scenery and the wildlife. As I kept watching, I realized that the AT goes deeper than expected. This movie started to film fellow hikers and began to look deep into their motives about hiking the trail. To some, they were getting away from the everyday hustle bustle of the world, and to others, it was entertainment. Regardless of their motives to hike the trail, they all shared a connection. When they finally reached the top, the emotion of Lion King and the fellow hikers was captured. It honestly was a powerful moment for everyone to be done with such a long journey. The AT hold more emotion, friendship and unity than it seems, which is captured quit well on this film.
