Jeff Sellazzo- futile impact of conservation

Many people, especially these days, are beginning to see the importance of conservation of resources. Previously people seemed to have the belief that nature would regulate itself to deal with our pollution. Now that we are seeing the effects of pollution on the world it has become a priority to preserve the cleanliness of nature. One big movement is recycling. This movement is the major movement that people are participating in hopes of stopping the pollution issue the world has. I believe that this movement is futile to stopping the demise of the world due to pollution. We have already made such an impact on the world and will continue to do so, that nothing can stop this but, only slow its approach. A major global change is the natural cycle of the Earth, this can be seen through ice cores. They usually take a long time to approach but the effects of humans have driven the change to come much earlier than other times. Dramatic climate change is imminent and there is nothing we can do except prepare for it.
