On my experience in the Noland trail I observed the breezes blowing across the water. I saw that the wind was not a solid force it came in waves. This made me think of the waves that occur in the ocean too. This connectedness in natural actions made me think of how all of nature is connected in one way or another. Whether you are in a desert or grassland, rain is seen as a blessing, allowing life to grow. A tree in the tundra is used as refuge from the blowing winds, and a palm tree in tropics is used as rfuge from the sun. A mountain in Australia or Europe is still seen as an obstacle to travelers. When studying nature it is often broken up into different categories but this observation made me realize how closely related all of these categories actually are.
