The Queretaro pilgrimage to Guadalupe. A 260km trip in which the pilgrims subject their bodies to weariness hard, voluntary disciplines, and loosening the bonds of matter to liberate the spirit. Within this portion of the text the saying its not the destination it is the journey takes on a very literal meaning. As the destination holds a ritualistic level of sacredness the actual pilgrimage holds a far greater level of holiness.
