Temporal Trap - Wynn Prusaczyk

A temporal trap is when you set a trap for something else and then you end up getting caught in it. This was in the Challenges and Strategies for Sustainability. I thought it was a really cool idea, that you’re trying to help yourself, by setting a trap to prevent something bad from happening but instead you end up getting caught in the same trap. It’s like you’re only hurting yourself in the end. I feel like people sent temporal trap all the time, I’m sure I have. It happens when you are being overcautious, which is sort of an incentive to live more in the moment, appreciate the things that are around you, because if you’re too busy always watching your back you may miss something important or worse you may end up hurting yourself.
