Unrest - Wynn Prusaczyk

In History class, I had to read about the cause for unrest in the Middle East. I never knew why before but it was kind of cool to feel like I understand it now. It all has to do with a sacred place. Israel seemingly belongs to two groups of people; the Muslims and the Jewish. No one knows what to do because they were both inhabitants of Israel for a long period of time. Each culture needs its own place to live and both believe they have a right to be there. The land is sacred to both of the societies so who is in the right? Don’t both of them have a right to be there? I know I’m not really entitled to have an opinion on the matter, but I can reasonably see both of their sides. I feel like this is not going to be resolved anytime soon and not going to be resolved peacefully.
